Le ruote lamellari in tessuto-non-tessuto sono adatte per lavorazioni di sgrossatura, smerigliatura, pulitura, satinatura, finitura o lucidatura in spazi ridotti. Sono realizzate in panno abrasivo unito ad un nucleo di resina che incorpora un perno. Questi utensili vengono montati su macchine portatili elettriche o pneumatiche.
